How It Works

Last updated:

A transparent marketplace where advertisers secure quality guest post placements and publishers monetize their audience. Here's what happens from sign-up to published article.

For Everyone: How the Platform Works

GPRHub is a two-sided marketplace. Advertisers browse a curated catalog of publisher websites, order a placement, and the publisher delivers a published article with a live backlink. Payments are held by GPRHub until the work is verified — neither side takes on the risk of being ghosted or short-changed.

Every order has a fixed price, a clear timeline, and a dispute process if something goes wrong. Publishers set their own rates. Advertisers see the full picture — traffic estimates, niche, topics accepted, turnaround time — before committing a single dollar.

For Advertisers

You want a backlink on a relevant site with real traffic. Here's how to get one.

1. Create an account

Sign up in under a minute. No verification, no sales call. You start as an advertiser by default and can switch roles anytime.

2. Top up your balance

Add funds to your GPRHub balance via credit card through Stripe Checkout. The balance is used to pay for orders — think of it as a prepaid wallet. Deposits include a small platform commission (shown upfront). Unused funds can be refunded back to your card within Stripe's refund window.

3. Browse the catalog

Filter publisher sites by language, niche, Domain Rating, monthly traffic, price, and topic acceptance. Every listing shows the essentials: sample article, publication rules, turnaround time, and whether dofollow links are permitted.

4. Place an order

Choose a site, upload your article (or request writing service if the publisher offers it), specify the target URL and anchor text, and submit. Funds are reserved from your balance and held in escrow. The publisher gets notified immediately.

5. Review and approve

The publisher publishes the article on their site, then submits the live URL. You review the published page — if everything matches the brief, approve the order. Funds are released to the publisher. If there's an issue, you can open a dispute directly from the order page.

6. Done

The backlink is live, the article is indexed, and the order is archived in your history. Every transaction is logged, every invoice is downloadable.

For Publishers

You own a website with real readers. Here's how to turn that into recurring revenue.

1. Sign up and switch to publisher

Create an account, then toggle your role to Publisher in the sidebar. You can operate as both advertiser and publisher — the same account, separate balances for each role.

2. Add your site

Submit your website with basic details — URL, language, niche, accepted topics, publication rules, and the price you charge for a guest post. Sites are reviewed by our team before listing to protect marketplace quality.

3. Wait for orders

Once approved, your site appears in the public catalog. Advertisers who match your niche and price will place orders. You get a notification for each new order, with the article attached.

4. Publish the article

Publish the submitted article on your site according to your rules. Paste the live URL into the order and mark it as delivered. The advertiser has a fixed review window to approve.

5. Get paid

Once the order is approved, the full listed price is credited to your publisher balance. No hidden cuts — the platform's commission is paid upfront by the advertiser on their deposit, not on your payouts.

6. Withdraw

Withdraw your earnings at any time via Stripe Connect (fastest, direct to bank), SEPA/SWIFT bank transfer, or PayPal. Stripe Connect payouts are automated — approved withdrawals land in your bank account typically within one to two business days.

What Makes GPRHub Different

Escrow on every order

Advertiser funds are locked the moment an order is placed. Publishers can't get stiffed, advertisers can't lose money to no-shows. Funds only move when both sides confirm the work is done, or when an admin resolves a dispute.

Transparent pricing

The price you see in the catalog is the price you pay. No surcharges at checkout, no hidden premiums. Platform commission is calculated on your deposit once, upfront, and shown before you pay.

Real metrics, not self-reported

Site metrics (Domain Rating, organic traffic, indexed pages) are pulled from third-party SEO providers where possible and cross-checked before listing. Publishers can't inflate their stats.

Direct messaging on each order

Built-in chat per order means advertisers and publishers communicate where context lives — no lost emails, no back-and-forth on external tools.

Dispute resolution

If an article isn't published as agreed, is removed early, or doesn't match the brief — open a dispute. An admin reviews evidence from both sides and either releases funds, refunds the advertiser, or partially resolves.

Fees at a Glance

  • Advertisers: platform commission is added to your deposit (shown upfront in Checkout). No per-order fees, no markup on publisher prices.
  • Publishers: zero platform fee on your earnings. You receive the full order price. The only deductions are third-party processor fees on withdrawal (e.g. Stripe payout fee ~$0.25 + 0.25% for bank transfers) — these are shown transparently when you request the withdrawal.
  • Site listing: free. No monthly subscription, no listing fees.
